Tính chất công việc: Toàn thời gianCon Cưng là hệ thống chuỗi siêu thị bán lẻ đa kênh lớn nhất dành cho Mẹ bầu và em bé với 600 siêu thị trên toàn Việt Nam vào năm 2021 và dự kiến sẽ đạt 1000 siêu thị cùng doanh thu 1 tỷ đô-la vào năm 2023. Tốc độ tăng trưởng doanh thu hàng năm của Con Cưng luôn đạt trên mức 70%.
Với tầm nhìn mang lại những sản phẩm tốt nhất cho trẻ em Việt Nam, Con Cưng luôn đẩy mạnh đầu tư vào nghiên cứu và phát triển sản phẩm để thiết kế và cung cấp các mặt hàng phù hợp với giá cả và nhu cầu chất lượng của thị trường trong nước. Bên cạnh đó, lĩnh vực công nghệ cũng không ngừng được tập trung cải tiến để nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý mạng lưới và thúc đẩy tăng trưởng Thương mại điện tử nhờ vào đội ngũ nhân sự có chuyên môn, nghiên cứu và phát triển các tính năng công nghệ tự động, tân tiến.

Job Description
- Investigate and evaluate the procedures, system and reports of the Financial and Accounting Department, thereby modeling and identifying opportunities for improvements of process/workflow, data system and management reporting system.
- Determine user requirements and coordinate with IT and consulting units to create and implement Finance system and Enterprise Performance Management System.
- Engage and support citizen-led innovation projects.
- Change management.
- Conduct in-depth analytics report upon executive board requirements to help making-decision, including, however not limited, to the following:
+ In-depth analysis reports on inventory and capital efficiency, by Categories/ Brands/ SKUs.
+ In-depth analysis reports on revenue and Cost of Goods sold, by Categories/ Brands/ SKUs.
+ Analysis report of key indicators between inventory, capital, revenue and cost, by Categories/ Brands/ SKUs.
- Perform other duties as assigned related to the activities of the department and company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems,…)
- The ability to work both independently and in groups.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Have a passion for Management System, Technology
- A dynamic, progressive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude is proactive.
- Prefer 1 year of working experience in Business Analyst.
