- Support Ecommerce Manager to Deliver & Drive the assigned sales target and growth objectives, in line with the eCommerce strategy, manage and track trade promotion spend to achieve the expected return on investment.
- Identify & Deploy the right mix and assortment for each assigned eCommerce / Omni-Channel key account, with good understanding on the market needs and opportunities to drive operational success.
- Responsible for ongoing business analytics tracking and competitive monitoring / analysis.
- Budget, monitor, and control all costs associated with eCommerce digital initiatives.
- Drive Operational Excellence with Supply/ Merchandise team, to review and analyze demand planning, inventory holding, purchase targets to achieve the expected growth targets.
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives, this is to increase eCommerce sales and profitability.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements:
- Vietnamese nationality, accumulative GPA from 8.0 or equivalent
- Good command of English communication
- Be available for a full-time job in 6 months
- Hard working, can work under high pressure & having team work spirit
- Good communication, can handle problems, multi-tasks and ad-hoc issues
-Good skill of Analysis & Planning and problem solving
- Quick learning & able to adapt with changes
