We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Client Service Associate, GLCM (GCB7)

  • Take care of customer’s queries on all cash management products by ensuring that all queries are handled within the predetermined service standards/SLA (service level agreement).
  • Provide customised services to assist valued customer with day-to-day operations and to handle special requests from customer under critical situation, e.g. payment instructions received near to cut-off time.
  • Assist Customer Service Managers (CSM) on customer investigation and to stand in for them when they are out for customer calls by assisting in customers’ enquiries.
  • Discuss with related parties (SD/CMP/LGA...) to work out suitable solutions for customers
  • Manage to improve efficiency in processing payment instructions by contacting customers and providing resolutions/recommendations when recurrence of problem payment instructions are being spotted. 

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Good command of English
  • Good communication skill
  • Good problem solving skill
  • General knowledge about banking, payment operations and cash management
  • Customer services mindset

Senior Collections Assistant, RBWM

  • Calling customers who have delinquent debts in Recovery stage.
  • Ensure strictly compliance to operating procedures such as BIM 3A, LCM, DIMs and audit requirements.  
  • Maximize cost effectiveness by meeting the set targets.
  • Providing feedbacks for delinquency and supporting statistics to line manager and/or relevant departments.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years experience in relevent field
  • Having good procedural disciplines so that to be complaint to lawful aspect in dunning
  • Possession communication and telecommunication skills
  • Good knowledge core banking products

Reporting Assistant, RBWM Risk

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Reporting Assistant, RBWM Risk

  • Extraction of data from HSBC systems (HUB, AAPS, WHIRL, GWIS and others)
  • Assist the Reporting Manager and Reporting Officer in generating regular and ad-hoc MI/Reports.
  • To be in charge of the daily operation of the system: extract data from system, import data into system and perform mapping functions.
  • Generate reports for CIC/SBV submission.
  • Detect errors during system operations or errors in output and notify the Manager/Officer.
  • To be in charge of administrative tasks involved in the submission of reports to regulatory bodies.
  • To be in charge of translating documents intended for regulators from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
  • To enhance the productivity of MI generation through the use of templates (Excel, Access forms and reports), automation scripts (VBA) and programming languages (SAS).
  • To have full knowledge and understanding of Group manuals (BIM, FIM), local procedures (DIM) as well as relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • To show strong integrity and strictly adhere to all information security guidelines.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Must have education standard to at least university diploma and be of a legal working age.
  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Must have a strong understanding of IT-related concepts and programming languages.
  • Must be able to work with a large amount of numbers and data while ensuring maximum accuracy.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and basic software packages.
