• Work collaboratively with the manager and other team members to maximize productivity and project success (revenue or other business/product growth impact).
• Co-ordinate/Supervise project members and ensure that they stick to project specification and guidelines
• Track and Organize records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management
• Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email
• Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs and confidentiality continuously

• You have 1+ years of professional experience and have a proven track record for being highly detail-oriented. 
• Even if you don't yet have customer service or customer success experience, you're an excellent communicator who understands a customer-first mentality. Your job is to help delight our customers, every day. 
• You’re always thinking about how to build a better mousetrap and love improving on and developing new systems. 
• Familiar with data, GG suite
• Advanced in English (writing) and Vietnamese.
