JOB DESCRIPTION

 

• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations; 

• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;

• Tracking the effectiveness of the communication channels and marketing activities;

• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the appropriate channels; 

• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and other POSM; 

• Writing and proofreading copy;

• Liaising with designers and printers;

• Organizing photo shoots/ video records and arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;

• Maintaining and updating customer databases; 

• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars;

• Sourcing and securing sponsorship and partners with different stakeholders;

• Conducting and reporting market research;

• Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;

• Managing marketing budgets;

• Evaluating marketing campaigns;

• Monitoring competitor activity;

• Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues;

• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with other staff;

• Other tasks assigned by manager.

REQUIREMENTS

 

• Strong detail orientation;

• Good communication, negotiation and management skills;

• Proficiency in communication skills (both Vietnamese and English);

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English;

• Passion in education and service industry;

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Social networks (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

• Working independently, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• The ability to use initiative and work under pressure;

• Professional style, agility, and good attitude;

• Customer-oriented, hardworking, trustworthy and teamwork spirit;

• IT literacy is an advance;
• At least 2-year experience in the same position.
