Marketplace Engagement Executive

Place: Ho Chi Minh city

Reporting to the Marketplace Engagement Manager you will be responsible for:  

Seller Communications

  • Create rich and creative content to ensure consistent communication with sellers
  • Manage/streamline flow of all types of regular and important communication and make sure it reached
  • Develop new channels of communication
  • Improve overall communication tone, layout and consistency across channels
  • Weekly reporting and analyze channel efficiency to drive improvement on email performance
  • Develop the branding of communications, look and feel of all seller platforms and tools

Offline Marketing & Events

  • Develop video library, interviews testimonials of successful sellers and marketing materials for Lazada Marketplace
  • Manage offline marketing activities for seller acquisition, including organizing monthly events and conferences to attract potential leads

To excel in this position, you will be required to have:

  • At least 1 -2 years of experience in B2B communications / marketing / events
  • Experience in eCommerce / tech industry will be an advantage
  • University graduate in Marketing/Branding or Communication related discipline
  • Excellent English and Vietnamese copy writing and marketing communications skills
  • Experience in using photo editing and content management tools will be an added advantage
