JOB SCOPE
1. Procurement activities:
· Screening & sorting potential suppliers for specific commodity.
· Clarifying specifications/scope of work with business partner / requesting department.
· Sending Request for Information / Proposal to potential suppliers.
· Comparing the quotations, analyzing, negotiating with the suppliers to improve the price, payment term, delivery, warranty condition and other benefits for the company.
2. Administrative tasks:
· Transferring documents internally in the company.
· Collecting documents to support buyers.
· Recording minutes of meeting.
3. Report creation:
· Supporting preparing for presentation file.
· Sorting & extracting effectively excel report based on the instruction.
4. Other tasks as required.
· Undergraduate students in Economics, Finance, Foreign Trade or related majors.
· Committing to working full-time in 3-6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week).
· Good command in English.
· Confident, able to work independently, careful of accuracy and detail of figures, high team-work spirit.
· Good skills in MS skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
