Mirum Digital Agency Vietnam is currently seeking an Accoutant Intern and Junior QC to join our company. Accountant Intern

. Responsibilities:

•  Assist with month-end financial reports

•  Post journal entries

•  Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation

•  Assist with audits and monthly tax return

•  Balance sheet reconciliation

•  Work with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts

•  Manage the monthly tracking of our physical inventory

•  Support the payment processing team

•  Data entry

•  Credit checks

Required skills:

•  Exceptional written and oral communication skills (both in English and Vietnamese)

•  Excellent numeracy and financial awareness 

•  Excellent organizational and planning skills 

•  Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills. 

•  Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment.

•  Detail oriented Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail

 Junior QC

Descriptions 

•  Testing on project that assigned by QC leader.

•  Write test case and check list that others QC can executed test case and 

checklist.

•  Create issue/ticket on tracking tool such as OpenProject, Jira, …

•  Report Bugs to QC leader and PM on a daily or weekly basis.

Requirements

•  Have knowledge about Quality Control

•  Has background Information Technology of software development

•  Can do manual testing

•  Write & read English

•  Has knowledge about automation testing is a plus

•  Has knowledge about issue tracking tools such as Jira, Redmine, … is a plus

•  Good English communication skills
