In view of our business expansion and setting up new company in Vietnam, we are currently seeking excellent candidate to join our team in HCMC & HN for the position of Logistic Specialist.
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• Responsible for import procedure.
- Check shipping schedule with factories and confirm.
- Check shipping document and confirm to factories.
- Send shipping documents and other related documents to Logistic vendor.
- Follow Logistic vendor jobs until the goods arrive warehouse or deliver to customer directly.
- Follow with insurance company for damaged goods: compensation and liquidate and report to company for status of damaged goods monthly.
- Inform Accounting & Finance section to input data of imported goods into system.
• Inform sales team for schedule of finishing import procedure for each shipment.
• Check debit note for logistic fees and make payment request for this fees to logistic vendor
• Issue inquiry and purchase order to factories.
• Join in price consultation with customs for all shipments
• Other works under assignation of Head section.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• Male or Female
• Age: 25 - 30 years old
• Education: University degree in foreign trade
• Experience: At least 02 year of experience in import procedure
• Good communication (Vietnamese and English)
• Good knowledge in applying HS code for imported goods
• Dynamic, hard-working and high responsibilities
• Careful, time-management skill
• Age: 25 - 30 years old
