Job Description

Reporting to Finance Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinate in project to improve payment operation processes
• Assist project assigned, execute action & timeline needed, report block issue & propose solution.
• Liaise closely with business lines to manage and ensure smooth payment flow to our customer and partners such as user, merchant and driver.
• Work with other stakeholders to solve issues regarding payment.
• Maintain payment reports up to date.
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent at critical thinking, attention to details & numerical skill to keep track of performance & generate a report to top management.
• 1-2 years working in a tech start-up environment (e-commerce, fintech, food delivery…), 1 year of proven experience in a relevant position.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in speaking & writing English.
• High collaboration with all departments, open-minded & flexible, align the process with counterparts from other functions.
• Fast-learning and open-mind, excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good at MS Office (Excel,...)
