- Involve in execution of key platform projects with relevant stakeholders, tracking relevant performance metrics and establishing call-to-action routines to steer overall performance.

- Support basic data collection, data processing, data structure in spreadsheets to serve for different analysis purposes.

- Collaborate with different stakeholders across cross-functional teams of TikTok Shop to deliver project results.

- Ad-hoc research & analysis upon request.

- Actively enrolled university student with commitment to 5 working days per week for at least 3 months; preferably major in Economics & Finance, Statistics, Business Administration.

- Self-starter, curious and entrepreneur mindset with minimum supervision to deliver results.

- Experience with Excel, G-docs and analytical tools.

- Ability to articulate thoughts process into structured presentation.

- Proficient in using English in both verbal and written communication is a must. Preferred Qualification

- Demonstrated experience in involvement of team projects both in university courses & extra-curricular activities.
