Citi set its first footprint into Vietnam before 1975 and then started up a representative office in Hanoi in 1993. A year later, Citi became the first U.S financial institution licensed for branch opening and full branch establishment in Hanoi. In 1998, Citi opened the second branch in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, the bank offers a wide array of banking and financial services including corporate and investment banking, treasury and trade solution services, commercial banking, consumer banking, securities and transaction services.

Job Function: Marketing

Description:

  • Digital Media Management:
    • Execute innovative digital campaigns that deliver account targets, speak to our target audience, are delivered on time and include competitive offers;
    • Grow online acquisition through effective targeting, creative, channel, partner and vendor management;
    • Manage all campaign execution requirements, such as approvals, data briefs, agency briefs, creative development, tracking and reporting;
    • Identify and implement improvements to digital lead fulfilment processes;
  • Lead Optimisation:
    • Work closely with the Telesales team to develop an in-depth understanding of their channel, needs and obstructions in order to improve conversion rates and turnaround times;
  • Budget, Metrics & Reporting:
    • Prepare post implementation reviews for each campaign and work through with stakeholders to continuously improve on the quality of each campaign and inform future strategies;
    • Ongoing monitoring of competitor and market trends to drive in-house and agency innovation;
  • Stakeholder Management & Liaison:
    • Obtain analysis and insights from Decision Management to drive continual improvement in targeting and campaign results;
    • Work closely with media and creative agencies to execute campaigns, with a focus on creativity, quality and cost;
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with all internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Product, Legal, CitiPhone, Corporate Affairs to build a strong digital sales foundation.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualified in marketing or related discipline;
  • 1+ years in digital marketing – understanding of search engine optimization, web analytics and programmatic media buying a plus;
  • Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese;
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and activities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to think independently, analytically and logically;
  • Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment, supporting multiple business and developing collaborative relationships to achieve business goals;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with own team, internal stakeholders, suppliers and key stakeholders to deliver high quality business outcomes;
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
