Job Description:

• Composing Loan Documentation and checking Legal Documents of Customers.
• Manage the limit set up, loan disbursement process, collection and ensure timely and efficiently.
• Monitor loan accounts and ensure timely repayments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of loan transactions.
• Follow up with RM pending points.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and resolve any queries or issues.
• Summarize and prepare reports e.g., end-of-day or end-of-month reports, operations and internal control reports, and regulatory reports.
• Perform system testing.
• Other tasks assigned by Head.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree of accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in banking product, credit operations, credit products.
• 1-2 years of experience of using Database Tools such as VBA, SQL, Power BI is preferable.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and good commands in English.
• Proficient in MS Office e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
• Strong attention to details and technicalities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, Teamwork, Supportive.
