    Mô Tả Công Việc

    - Perform daily booking into system (receive/deliver money, securities to customer, confirm payment to VSD, and confirm trading result….), reconcile-securities and cash, prepare funds BIDV for trading

    - Conduct daily, weekly & monthly custody and internal reports (Position, Nostro, Suspense, GTC, Treasury Reports, SSC etc.)

    - Support client reporting, statement and any other request (Safe Keeping, Position, Confirmation letter, Portfolio...)

    - Supporting to test new system, work with IT team to implement or improve various types of software program, interface, and processes

    - Execute routine trade settlement and others upon obtaining client’s instructions (Ex: Un-listed bond purchase instruction, receive money for unlisted transfer agreement), depository, collateral, securities transfer process..

    - Safekeeping by receiving /withdrawing securities and related valuable documents,

    - Supporting to test new system, work with IT team to implement or improve various types of software program, interface, and processes

    Yêu Cầu Công Việc

    - University graduate or higher majoring financial/banking

    - At least 1-2 years experience operation of securities, custody

    - Knowledge of Securities Market products and Accounting

    - Knowledge of Custody and Securities Services products and processes

    - Knowledge of (Global) Custody markets and Vietnamese market is preferred

    - Having experience tyo remittance (Domestics and Overseas)

    - Having experience to FX Deal

    - Having knowledge about custody system

    - Dynamic, hard working, responsible

    - Have team work skill, work independently, reporting skill

    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

    - Experience in problem solving skills

    - Client focus, accountability, professional attitude, pro-active

    - Sense of urgency, crisis-management and good analytical skills
