JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented SEO/SEM Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic to our website, increasing brand visibility, and generating leads within the banking sector. Your expertise in SEO and SEM will be essential in ensuring our online presence is optimized for success.

Reporting into the Marketing/ Growth Director, you'll support the Growth Marketing Supervisor on the execution of their growth marketing campaigns. This will be a varied role with a particular emphasis on data analysis, rapid experimentation, and campaign execution as well as partnership exploration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website (Cake.vn and Cticket.vn)
  • Create and manage content, optimizing for SEO/SEM to develop impactful ads and keywords.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and optimize website content accordingly.
  • Perform on-page and off-page optimization activities, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Plan and execute effective SEM campaigns across various search engines (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Manage paid advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, search rankings, and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO/SEM trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.
  • Collaborate with content marketing and web development teams to ensure SEO/SEM best practices are integrated into our overall digital marketing efforts.
  • Reporting: you'll report on requested data for the growth team and use various tools – GA4/Adjust /Ahrefs or Media Dashboard of all paid channels and SEO as well as other in-house dataset and DataMart.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Job Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an SEO/SEM Specialist or a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant analytics platforms.
  • Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and optimizing for conversions.
  • Demonstrate strong tracking skills and a solid understanding of Adjust/AppsFlyer, with technical abilities to improve web performance.
  • Experience in ad setup is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website development platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with local SEO and reputation management.
  • Understanding of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements within the banking industry.

Collaborate with the Tech Team to develop and improve features of the website (ticketing/e-commerce). Manage requests and set up merchandise, ensuring products are displayed correctly and ready for sale. Apply logical thinking to analyze and solve issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Monitor performance, prepare reports, and propose improvements. Provide technical support and answer queries for customers and partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Tech Team: Work closely with developers to develop and improve features of the website.
  • Manage Requests and Set Up Ticket/Merchandise: Receive and process requests from related departments to set up and manage ticket/merchandise on the website.
  • Logical Thinking and Problem Solving: Analyze and solve issues that arise during operations.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance of features and products on the website, prepare periodic reports, and propose necessary improvements.
  • Customer and Partner Support: Provide technical support and answer queries for customers and partners.
REQUIREMENTS

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Experience working in e-commerce or similar positions.
  • Technical Skills: Preferably knowledgeable about web technologies and software development processes.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, able to work effectively with different teams.
  • Logical Thinking: Ability to analyze and solve problems logically and efficiently.
  • Proactive and Creative: Ability to work independently, proactively propose solutions and improvements.
  • Event Operation Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in organizing and operating events, especially those related to e-commerce or ticketing.
