Job Descriptions

• Process onboarding documents e.g. checking documents, creating parameter in the system, making appointment with merchant to install EDC, checking result of EDC installation from vendor and making daily report of onboarding process.
• Make payment to merchant
• Process termination of merchant collect money from merchant if merchant loss equipment of EDC.
• Contact with merchant to collect document with hold case (transaction is held by ERM team).
• Coordinating with product management team in Thailand to support process enhancement, improve procedure along with product development to meet customer’s needs.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree related fields
• Have experience in EDC / POS services.
• Able to communicate in Vietnamese and English.
• Able to use and learn new computer software and bank process e.g. account opening and document validation, maintaining customer profile & any related systems for onboarding.
• Having work experience in banking is a plus, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Quick learning skill and service-minded attitude.
