      B. JOB DESCRIPTION

      ·         Trial monitoring & reporting:

      Monitor In-Store Sampling Program i.e. baby -premium sampling at Baby & Mom store and E-Commerce

      ·         In-store Activation Reporting

      Monitoring and track Shopper marketing & Baby -B&M Activation

      Monitor and track FEM -BAs in Modern Retail chanel

      Monitor Telephone selling program of agency

      Track in-store activities i.e. POSM Installation

      ·         Customization: Support managing customization project on system for Baby and Female

      ·         Sale daily/weekly report: Support tracking offtake daily and weekly for Baby & Female

      ·         Money Chart tracking: Track promotion

      ·         Booking Good Receipt on System

      ·         Weekly input datas on 1, CP system

      ·         Support on administrative tasks : Payment records and complete shipping documents from warehouse to stores for POMC /Activation 

      ·         Other tasks assigned by the superiors

      C. REQUIREMENTS:

      • Able to communicate well both in Vietnamese and English
      • Capable of using MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Work, Powerpoint)
      • Basic marketing fundamental understanding
      • Candidate with marketing experience is a plus
      • Enthusiastic, analytics, highly attentive to details, able to work well with people
      • Result-driven and task-driven


      Working place: District 1, HCMC

      Working time: Monday – Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm
