- Contributing to plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns under guidance to promote Norbreeze’s Portfolio of Brands in Vietnam (Pandora; Brands on Cocomi.vn).
- Marketing Collateral: Do the graphic work ( if needed) to design newsletters, flyers, brochures, manuals and advertisements & work with partners for production; work with brand princial to order the collaterals ( if available).
- Work closely with other departments/ partners to ensure following brand guideline, materials optimization and alignment.
- Participate in communication with brand principle and ensure that guidelines and processes are applied in assigned market.
- Promote consumers engagement on website by creating visual and contents optimized for E-commerce platforms ( Cocomi.vn and market places).
- Work on marketing reports include campaign performance (the impact and outcomes of marketing activities) ; market trends & competitive analysis; budget expenses by monthly, quarterly, annually.
- Communicating effectively with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
- Create and manage communications of the membership program to grow engagement.
- Support Consumer Engagement and Personalization in the day-to-day management of the program to ensure successful development, launch and ongoing CRM marketing operations.
- Lead ongoing marketing operations of the membership and CRM program.
- Run and communicate weekly reports for CRM and testing plans to improve program efficiency as in a higher ROI, higher CTR.
- Support the development, management, and analysis of tests for optimization CRM program to meet business goals.
- Other tasks which required by managers.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- College / Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, CRM, loyalty or related fields
- Knowledge of designing artwork, understand of Direct to Consumer environment (eCom/Retail), Marketing and CRM industry best practices.

- Implementation of processes/ changes to SOP
- Increase in expenditure which has not been approved
