As an intern, you will collaborate with the team to support these Marketing Fields below:

A. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Retail Marketing: 
Support monthly retail marketing activities, including but not limited to:
  • Promotion planning + visualization
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (retailers, shopping mall) to support marketing/sales activities
  • Support PM to coordinate and execute in-store activities
  • Collaborate with internal team to ensure marketing activities execution 
2. Influencers & PR management
  • Assist in Influencers/KOLs activities, press releases following the brand calendar to maximize brand exposure and awareness
  • Monitor competitors' PR/Digital activities, growth, and market trends monthly and have an action plan and proposal according to the market movement
3. Digital Marketing
  • Populate and maintain product and brand content integrity within the content database application for usage with all online, print materials/catalogs, and internal and external media sources.
  • Coordinates syndication of content to retailer websites and other digital properties as well as ensures accuracy and functionality of syndication.
  • Ensure accuracy of product content and brand image with online retailers, online channels
  • Collaborates with consumer services departments to discuss issues and to troubleshoot website problems.
  • Ensures product content on owned properties is optimized and accurate.
  • Explore ideas and support developing insightful brand content for websites, Zalo, SEO, blogs,etc.
4. Campaign Management
  • Support PM during campaign planning and execution. Take charge of some parts during the project to prepare for the campaign such as:
  • Competitor research
  • Brainstorming for 360 plans for the campaign
5. Marketing Admin
Assist with daily administrative duties.

B. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Pursuing a BA/BS in business, communications, or relevant equivalent. 3rd year or final-year student is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.
  • Professional and effective written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct

  • As an intern will have to support Retail Marketing activities, this job is open only for people located in Ho Chi Minh City
  • This is a Virtual internship (work online) - Part-time - Non-paid
