JOB DESCRIPTION:

Execute daily tasks of Facebook and Website, including creating and publishing content, managing Facebook channels of Prime Commerce and clients

•    Manage, maintain and implement marketing activities on Facebook channels

•    Creating content for Facebook post, website blogs and seeding content

•    Moderate content, answer community member questions and stimulate engagement and activity within the community

•    Proposing activities on social platforms, managing and evaluating effectiveness

•    Cooperating with other teams on executing social campaigns/activities

•    Track the outcomes of community activities and report on insights (weekly and monthly)

•    Additional support via phone call

Contribute to team effort by supporting the execution of any additional tasks as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have:

•    University/College graduate (Freshers are welcomed)

•    English: reading and writing

•    Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, enthusiasm

•    Able to work independently and self-learning

•    Basic marketing knowledge

A plus if:

•   Major in Marketing, Communication or relevant fields

•   Experienced in managing FB pages/communities
