1. 1. Senior Marketing Executive - 1 Position (At least 1 year experience)

   Requirements:

   Stay on trend 

   Enjoy playing with words 

   Care about lifestyle, love traveling 

   If you have special love to Danang/ Nha Trang or interested in sports, it will be a plus   

   Responsibilities:

   A.Communication management:

   ● Create communication/ marketing plan 

   ● Contribute to the overall marketing strategy (PR: blogs, articles; SEO) 

   ● Contribute creative ideas for marketing collateral 

   ● Create, develop and maximise relationships with marketing partners 

   ● Monthly/weekly reports | Keep track KPI in Marketing department   

   Social management:

   ● Create social content plan 

   ● Monitor social channels (Facebook, instagram, youtube, etc.) 

   ● Utilising social tools (advertising, messengers, etc.) 

   ● Community management (community groups, KOL/ Influencers)   

   Qualifications:

   ● 2+ years experience in a marketing role 

   ● Knowledge in communication and social media marketing 

   ● Experience in using marketing tools to deliver effective marketing campaigns 

   ● Experience in copywriting and producing content across multi-channel 

   ● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 

   ● Results-oriented focus and mindset 

   ● Vietnamese & English speaking preferred 

   ● Must be effective at multitasking and have a positive, proactive attitude 

   ● Must be able to work non-traditional hours 

   
   

   2. Senior Event Planning - 1 Position (Over 1 year experience)

   Responsibilities:

    Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits

   ·         Conduct market research, gather information and finalize the plan

   ·         Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders

   ·         Propose ideas to improve event quality

   ·         Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, production, stakeholder, ...

   ·         Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities

   ·         Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day

   ·         Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes

   ·         Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest

   
   
   

   Requirements:

   ·         Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position

   ·         Proven experience as an events planner or organizer

   ·         Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (entertainment, sport, meetings, parties, corporate events)

   ·         MS Office proficiency

   ·         Proven teamwork skill with results-oriented focus

   ·         Excellent written and oral communication & presentation skills

   ·         Vietnamese & English speaking preferred

   ·         Must be effective at multitasking to manage multiple projects independently and have a positive, proactive attitude

   ·         Must be able to work non-traditional hours

   3. Intern Event Planning - 2 Positions

   Passionate for event industry, willing to learn, required full-time availability.

   Responsibilities:

   ● Propose ideas for event planning, design and production within time  limits 

   ● Supporting to organize facilities and manage event’s details following  event team’s g 

   ● Flexibly raise solution and report any arising issues and troubleshoot  any emerging problems on the event day 

   ● Report on outcomes from pre- and post – event evaluations 

   ● Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest 

   Requirements:

   ● Proven experience as an events planner or organizer 

   ● MS Office proficiency 

   ● Proven teamwork skill with results-oriented focus 

   ● Excellent written and oral communication & presentation skills 

   ● Vietnamese & English speaking preferred 

   ● Must be effective at multitasking and have a positive, proactive  attitude 

   ● Must be able to work non-traditional hours
