1. DA Supply Chain Management Assistant Manager (327318)

General Description:

  • System admin of GSCM (Master data management, communication with HQ, etc.);

  • SCM report for company (KPI, PSI, GSCM, MCS, etc.);

  • Arrange regular meeting and prepare meeting materials;

  • Support SCM issue related to sales div.;

  • Communicate with RHQ/ HQ innovation org.;

  • Training sales & PM for SCM management;

  • Support logistics related report;

  • Process Innovation task support.

Necessary Skills/ Attributes:

  • Bachelor/ Diploma degree in Business Administration;

  • Good presentation & communication skills;

  • Hard working & careful;

  • Ability to work individually or in a team;

  • Good English communication.

2. Sales Operation Staff (OS) (327125)

General Description:

  • Management:

    • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients;

    • Monitoring customer accounts;

    • Providing data and reports to help the sales team;

    • Keeping track of sales targets;

  • Payment Support:

    • Supporting sales in clearing the payment in SAP system;

    • Cooperating with customer account and internal team to settlement the program on time;

    • Evaluating the ROI of promotion program;

  • Caring for customer:

    • Keep contact with customer. Fast feedback;

    • Responsible for customer’s evaluation;

  • AR Management: Responsible for alert to sales of account’s AR;

  • Store display:

    • Evaluating the display of store based on account RIS and display scheme for rebate incentive;

    • Keeping track on the performance and announce to sales if stores haven’t achieved and sent the warning letter to shop for improvement and fixing;

  • Others:

    • Cooperation with other departments, keeping active information flow to management (distribution/ collection of news);

    • Reporting to local management (2nd line to regional coordinator where applicable);

    • Responding to any management’s inquiries.

Necessary Skills/ Attributes:

  • Bachelor degree of Economics/ Business Administration;

  • At least 1-year experience in Admin support;

  • Reporting skills Microsoft Office skills;

  • Managing processes;

  • Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner;

  • Proficiency with MS Office. Experience with SAP (desirable);

  • Confident and articulate with strong communication skills;

  • Sensitivity to confidential information is required.
