General Description:

• Proceed the master contracted projects: Request reception, contact vendor for the quotation, check the price matrix, submit the approval;
• Contract processing: Documentation, contact vendor for the signature, transfer the contract to marketing team, collect the signed contract;
• Vendor registration: Collecting the documents, unload them and submit the approval.

Necessary Skills/ Attributes:

• Bachelor degree of Economics/ Business Administration;
• At least 1 year experience in Admin support. Procurement process is advantage;
• Reporting skills. Managing processes;
• Proficiency with MS Office. Experience with SAP (desirable);
• Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner;
• Confident and articulate with strong communication skills in English (Korean is advantage);
• Sensitivity to confidential information is required.
