    JOB DESCRIPTION

    NHIỆM VỤ

    Lập và phân tích các báo cáo dòng tiền của các BU, các báo cáo thẻ và các phương tich thanh toán không dùng tiền mặt.

    Prepare  and analysis CF report ( Budgeting/forecast/actual) and the commission rate card/QR code of each BU.

    HOẠT ĐỘNG

    - Lập các báo cáo ngân quỹ & phân tích tài chính hàng tháng (lượng thu & chi tài chính, tình trạng lưu chuyển tiền mặt, phân tích lượng tiền mặt sẵn có và còn nợ, theo dõi các khoản nợ nội bộ giữa các công ty trong tập đoàn) của Big C/GO group.

    - Make monthly Treasury report and financial analysis (financial incomes and expenses, cash flow statements, analysis of available cash and financiel debt, follow-up of internal debt among Group companies)

    - Lập và phân tích các báo cáo về thẻ , QR payment/ Prepare and analysis the commission rate card/QR code of each BU.

    - Lập và phân tích các báo cáo dòng tiền của CRV và các báo cáo working capital / Prepare and analysis CF report ( Budgeting/forecast/actual) and WC report.

    - Phân tích các báo payment term của nhà cung cấp để quản lý hiệu quả WC/ Analysis payment term

    - Kiểm tra và review các hợp đồng đầu tư liên quan đến dự án mini go Participant in Expansion project management of GO/mini go

    - Các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu công việc và theo phân công của Quản Lý

    Other duties in accordance with job requirements and assigned by Director

    REQUIREMENTS

    NĂNG LỰC YÊU CẦU / COMPETENCIES

    Kế toán và phân tích tài chính / Accounting and financial analysis

    Kỹ năng phân tích / Analytical skills

    Kỹ năng giao tiếp / Communication skills

    TRÌNH ĐỘ VÀ THÁI ĐỘ YÊU CẦU

    Học vấn: Đại học, chuyên ngành Tài chính, và Kế toán

    Education : University or equivalent, major in Financ,e and Accounting

    Kinh nghiệm: Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kế toán và tài chính or Treasury

    Experience : At least 3 year of experience in Accounting and Finance or Treasury

    Thái độ: Chủ động, kỹ năng tạo lập mối quan hệ và phối hợp làm việc

    Attitude : Autonomous, good interpersonal and coordination skills

    Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Việt, và tiếng Anh.

    Language : Vietnames, and Engish

    Kỹ năng tin học: Excel, Power point, Word

    Computer skills: Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word
