Supporting Supply Chain Project Manager to develop & implement supply chain strategic and continuous improvement (CI) projects:

To be a part of Supply Chain team to create a modern and professional Supply Chain that simplifies the lives of our store and logistics team members, helping them serve customers better.

The Supply Chain Intern will support various CI projects aimed at enhancing supply chain service levels, operational efficiency, simplifying operational process and reducing costs.

My Key Responsibilities:

1. Embrace change

▫ Supports and contribute to change initiatives, helping to implement CI Projects to enhance supply chain efficiency.

3. Continuous Improvement

▫ Support the development and implementation of CI initiatives and projects

▫ Collect & analyse data to measure the effectiveness of CI efforts

▫ Record & prepare the CI project timeline, progress & outcomes.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

▫ Work closely with cross-functional teams/ departments, including Non-FoodSupply Chain, Food Supply Chain, 3PLs, IT, Commercial, Store Operations, Finance to drive project progress.

o Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills

o Excellent communication

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

o Understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.

o Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

2. Experience:

o Previous internship or project experience in supply chain or operations

3. Education:

o Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
