Internal Position Title: BPA Operation Executive - Under 3P Contract
Function: Trade Marketing
Sub-function: Trade Marketing
Location: No. 58 Vo Van Tan, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
REQUIREMENTS:
- Weekly Report: Consolidate STC & Attendance Weekly
- Performance Report: Prepare performance report to review deployed resources, coverage & efficiency
- SOH Report: Share Of Handlers Report Weekly
- Salary Payment: Calculate salary & incentives for BPA & TL as per performance report & compensation scheme
- BPA Audit Plan: Prepare audit plan based on working plan and send to vendor
- BPA Working Plan Registration: Consolidate region's registration: Working Plan
- CPT Registration: Consolidate region's registration: POC list, SKU, consumer translation & schedule
- CPT Setup Setup: CPT on WCCS system CPT Adjustment Adjust via Daily CPT Report
- Audit plan: Prepare audit plan based on registration and send to vendor
- Accrual & reversal Accrue estimation: People & Other People Cost & revert accordingly as per financial rule
- Vendor payment: Follow internal payment process to pay vendor for payroll services
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in business oriented applied sciences (marketing, business, finance, accounting etc...)
- Have solid marketing knowledge foundation, 1-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing.
- Consumer-driven mindset.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – previous working experience related to entrepreneurship is preferred
- Critical thinking, ability to challenge & ability to summarize & prioritize
- Speed, flexibility, sense of urgency; ability to react to demands and stick to deadlines
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
