Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Employer Branding Intern to join our Employee Experience & Employer Branding team. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in enhancing employee engagement and promoting our employer brand. You will assist in implementing initiatives aligned with our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and contribute to various projects impacting both our internal workforce and the external talent community.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Employer Branding (EB) Activities:
- Create engaging content for social media platforms or recruitment marketing campaigns to promote our EVP and job opportunities to external talents. Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, or vendors to ensure consistent messaging.
- Assist in organizing on-site recruitment events and Management Trainee program promotions, such as career fairs, industry events, brewery tours, etc.
- Build relationships with universities, higher education institutes, and professional organizations.
- Participate in EB initiatives, including developing welcome kits, preparing recruitment marketing campaigns, and encouraging employee advocacy through self-generated content.
Support Employee Experience Initiatives:
- Contribute to projects enhancing the overall employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Prepare internal communications on HR-related topics for employees.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, such as monthly Thirsty Thursday gatherings, wellbeing initiatives, and DEI-related programs.
- Support the execution of Employee Experience projects, including peer-to-peer recognition platforms and spotlighting employee success stories or positive behaviors.
Administrative Support:
- Event Coordination:
- Assist with logistics for events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Maintain calendars and schedules for EX and EB activities.
- Purchase to Payment Operations:
- Manage the PtP process, from vendor creation to purchase and payment.

Requirements:
- Currently a 4th-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in employee engagement, employer branding, and HR practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Digital native with an interest in AI-driven tools related to recruitment, employee engagement, and communication.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools. Proficiency in software like Canva, Photoshop, AI tools, or experience in photography/videography is a plus.
- Creative and practical thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and implementation plans.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR, marketing, or event coordination is an advantage.
