I. JOB PURPOSES:
- Brand & Trade Marketing Executive plays a critical role in supporting the line manager by closely working with key retailers to drive offtake growth, executing and monitoring all brand and trade marketing plans, including budget follow-up, research and insight generation, and integrated marketing communication.
- Brand marketing (70%) and trade marketing (30%)
II. DIMENSION/ KEY FIGURES:
- Geographical Area: As company assigned
- External customers: Creative/ Media/ Digital Agencies, Distributors, Stockiest, Retailers
- Internal customers: All internal departments
III. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY – MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
1.Launch & Relaunch:
- Project management: take ownership of operation tasks to ensure a smooth launch and relaunch process (register product notification, NART creation, price analysis, packaging guidelines).
- Stakeholder management: well communicating with local internal teams and retailers to support a successful listing process (L&RL announcement; preparing sales samples; developing strong sales visuals in both online and offline stores).
- Best-in-class material delivery (key visual/communication assets/VAS enhancement/product concept and training deck/internal and consumer launching event): market research to find out valuable consumers’s insights; daily work with internal and external agencies to implement a holistic communication plan aligned with brand image and guidelines; bringing the products to life through engaged activities for internal partners and consumers.
2.Boost Sales productivity by executing impactful Online-to-Offline activation and activities:
- Data research to unlock actionable insights.
- Online activities: work well with the agency for media, KOL, and social execution; keep track of performance; and propose or align next actions if needed for optimization.
- Offline activities: design and install new AW/POSM/Visibility to support big launches; support line manager to execute launching events as requested.
3.Fully in charge from plan to execution to support key retailer’s offtake growth (Pharmacy/Modern Trade/E-commerce channels):
- Understand the business situation and develop suitable activities to drive offtake by each key retailer.
- Daily work with retailers to execute an aligned plan.
- Analysis of performance and proactive proposal of an optimization plan.
4.Others:
- Monthly report: competitor update, business review, and campaign reports as part of the brand and trade marketing plan.
- PR/PO process.
- Master contract/Annex/Liquidation/Novice process.
- Internal system update.
- Other tasks, as required.
IV. SPECIAL REQUIREMENT
- Education: University degree in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration.
- Experience: Min. 1-2 years of working experience in marketing or an equivalent field in marketing in FMCG (skincare or derma are preferable).
- Experienced with communications / social / influencers & relevant knowledge in skincare.
- Data analysis & strong business sense.
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese in speaking & writing.
- Proactive, dedicated & own the job.
- Growth mindset & Fast learning.
- Flexibility & adaptability with business needs.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
