The Intern - Associate Business Analyst's primary objective is to understand clients’ needs by capturing the domain expertise that the client has and translating into succinct documents in order to serve as the input for the software development team.
Location And Program Schedule:
- Program start: 2025
- Internship duration: 3 months.
- Monthly intern allowance: 5.000.000 VND/per month
- Training hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Working location: Etown 5, 364 Cong Hoa, Ward 13, Tan Binh District
Responsibilities:
- Study existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and promote enhancements in systems to improve production or workflow as required.
- Analyze and document business requirements in details by using UML Diagrams, Use Cases, Functional Specifications and communicate them clearly to Stakeholders and Software Development Team.
- Maintain all Requirement Artifacts during the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Verify all requested requirements are included in the product, and the product does not implement features not required
- Be a communication bridge between the Client and the Software Development Team, between the internal Development Team.
- Directly report to PM and/or client.
Requirements:
To be the successful candidate for this role, you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business related field.
- Good knowledge of the software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
- Ability to compose and manage business requirement artifacts accurately for each phase of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Good command of English communication (oral and written).
- Good communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users.
- Good at presentation, time management and client relation skills.
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, strong teamwork ability.
- Commit to joining all training courses from the Internship Program.
- Commit to working at least 30 months after completing the Internship Program.
