JOB DESCRIPTIONSupport spare part planner in:
- Track purchase order, delivery date, spare part demand, price fluctuation, etc.
- Build database platform for spare part supply chain using software such as Excel, Access, Power BI, etc.
- Assist engineers, Purchasing team, Logistic team with inputting and utilizing spare part data to improve the spare part management system.
- Assist planner and engineer with tracking repairable spare part.
- Make report/instruction with guidelines from planner or engineer.
- Performing some admin tasks.
REQUIREMENTS- Third-year or final-year students majoring in Software, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Technical, Commercial or related field, commit to a full-time 6-month internship.
- Proficiency in basic database software such as: Excel, Access, Power BI, etc.
- Personality traits: proactive and cooperative.
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
