Main duties:

• Assist auditors in the preparation of audit reports, documents and contracts; eg: edit, format and type documents;

• Translate documents, contracts and reports from Vietnamese into English and vice versa; and

• Assist the Audit Department with other administrative tasks as and when needed.

Requirements:

• University or college graduate, with good command of written and spoken English;

• Working experience as a secretary or translator, translation experience in finance or accounting sector for foreign invested bank/companies is preferred;

• Proficient in Microsoft office

• Attention to detail is a must;

• Strong organisation and communication skills would be an advantage; and

• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
