JOB DESCRIPTION
Advocacy
- Monitor & support in advocacy governance: paid influencers’ profile assessment, competitor activities watch, influencer campaign audit for excellence in execution.
- Collect and analyze TikTok trends to provide engaging weekly newsletter for brands to timely adapt to social, advocacy & livestream contents.
- Work with external vendors/ platforms for exploring potential partnership opportunities to scale up brand presence and visibility on social.
- Support internal teams to brainstorm and build ideas for Brands’ projects/ campaigns regarding social & advocacy.
Consumer Care
- Monitor & support in consumer care governance: perform weekly and monthly care metrics audit to maintain & improve brand reply rate & CSAT score.
- Work with internal stakeholders to support manage end-to-end consumer care transformation projects: chatbot activation & conversational commerce capability.
Livestream
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to comprehend their livestream needs in order to assist in enhancing brand livestream experience.
- Collaborate with Livestream Leads to create monthly livestream reports, analyze performance, and provide recommendations based on meticulously gathered data.
How the ideal candidate looks like:
- Social media lover & trend enthusiast: Has the love for social media content & ability to stay updated with current social trends. Love TikTok contents is a huge plus.
- Presentation and content production skills: ability to create guidelines, templates, visualization and demonstration.
- Logical and critical thinking: ability to synthesize data to form strategic insights.
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze, interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Good communication skills and teamwork: ability to work with multiple stakeholders, to influence and work as a team.
- Determined and entrepreneurial: ability to start from scratch, take ownership & willing to test and learn.
