The intern will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Project Management

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects' timeline, quality, and deliverables.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign results.

Employer Branding

• Involve in employer branding activities to build relationships with universities, colleges, and education institutions, including but not limited to organizing events, and networking.
• Create content on social media.
• Actively approach student clubs for possible collaboration.
• Research trends in the industry and Gen Z to host targeted events.
• Be an active Panasonic ambassador.

General Administration

• Prepare related paperwork for sponsorships, partnerships, etc.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

• Fresh graduates/final year with a degree in Marketing, Communication, or Event Management or have an interest in the HR fields, especially in Employer Branding.
• Copywriting and basic design skills (PTS/AI is an advantage).
• Intermediate level or above of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Creative thinking, detail-oriented, and result-oriented.
• Proactive, able to work independently while being a team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be an active member of student clubs or have connections with multiple student clubs is preferred.
