We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Planning Intern to join our dynamic team. The intern will play a crucial role in managing the signage project, ensuring timely and complete execution in the market. This position involves tracking and tracing the progress of installations, generating dashboard reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the signage installation project, ensuring all installations are completed on time and in full.
• Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the progress of signage installations and maintain accurate records. Generate regular dashboard reports to update stakeholders on project status.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from various departments to ensure seamless execution of the project. Facilitate communication and coordination among teams.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and address any issues or delays in the installation process. Propose solutions to keep the project on track.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the project, including timelines, progress reports, and any challenges encountered.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good at Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
