Are you committing to work full-time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)? Do you want to participate in different projects in the area of the International Procurement Service (IPS) Department? Could you imagine supporting a global organization within a tremendous transformation process in a VUCA world? If your answers are YES, let’s become a new IPS Intern in our IPS Team.

In this intern role, you will

- Support to conduct the QMS process audit

- Screen & sort potential suppliers for specific commodity

- Clarify specifications/scope of work with business partner / requesting department.

As a member of IPS team, you will have the opportunity to learn about comparing the quotations, analyzing, negotiating with the suppliers to improve the price, payment term, delivery, warranty condition and other benefits for the company.  Sorting & extracting effectively excel report based on the instruction are skill you can gain during the internship. For sure, sending request for Information / Proposal to potential suppliers; transferring documents internally in the company; collecting documents to support buyers are also part of your duties. Moreover, you will from time to time take on tasks assigned to you by your supervisor and even work on exciting projects to get insight into our IPS center.

Qualifications

To fit into our team you should be fluent in English, be good at office skills (MS office), and also have strong communication skills. Having great attention to detail is an advantage. Moreover, you need to have a high teamwork spirit, be confident & able to work independently. On top of that, having the interest and desire to learn new things and not be afraid of challenges.
