Job desdriptions:
1/ Follow full recruitment process of company:
- Conduct recruitment for Head Office
- Support recruitment for Branch and Factory
- Work with agency, headhunter
- Develop new recruitment channel
2/ Manage budget of recruitment:
- Build up budget for recruitment every year
- Manage budget of recruitment monthly
3/ Staff management & report:
- Manage staff in-out
- Support issue HR report
- Other tasks assigned by leader
Job requirements:
- Graduate from University with any major
- 3 of experience in recruitment or HR works, prefer in FMCG
- Good communication, proactive, patient, teamwork spirit
- Good speaking English skills
- Working place: Pearl Plaza, Binh Thanh Dist
- Working time: Mon - Fri (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM), Sat (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
