Key Accountabilities
- Manage Post-Operation Job Listings: Promote openings for positions in stores, sales, and warehouses across social media platforms.
- Conduct CV Screening: Review candidate resumes, establish contact with prospective candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain Candidate Databases: Accurately enter and update candidate information in the recruitment database.
- Support Recruitment Initiatives: Assist with various recruitment activities, including organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and internal hiring programs.
Requirements
Education:
- Undergraduate or graduate in Human Resource Management, Economics, or related fields
Skills:
- Detail-oriented, familiar with MS Office (Excel & Outlook) and multiple social media channels.

- Interest in Human Resources/Recruitment: An orientation towards a career in HR or recruitment.
