Responsibilities:

• Understand your client portfolio and team's workflow in media campaigns 

• Support team in timely tracking and reporting campaign results, weekly reports, ad-hoc reports requested by the client 

• Ensure smooth campaign implementation – from processing the booking, following up to the billing post-campaign 

• Assist the team in all aspects of administration tasks in media planning 

• Develop and maintain good relationships with publishers, vendors, and stakeholders 

• Support team in pitching project if any
