Marlboro cigarettes have been in Vietnam since 1994 and since January 2011 they have been manufactured under a sub-licensing agreement between PM Global Brands Inc. and Vinataba - Philip Morris Limited (VPM). Currently, Marlboro cigarettes are distributed by the Branch of VPM in Ho Chi Minh City - VPM Branch.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Collect and manage employees' personnel data system and filing
2. Coordinating to manage Compensation and Benefits administrative for local employees, including compulsory benefits (PIT, Social insurance, etc) and additional benefits from the company
3. Coordinating to manage the compulsory process (including PIT, social insurance, immigration, etc)
4. Implement internal communication related to all people’s activities.
5. Contribute to developing and executing engagement and wellness events to promote a conducive work environment in order to bring the high connection and D&I culture
6. Strategically organize and executive administrative tasks relating to HR vendor management, contracts administration etc.
7. Other HR general tasks and projects as assigned by the line manager

REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors.
2. 1-2 years of experience in HR relating tasks, experience in organizing employee events is preferred.
3. Fluent in English is a must. Be comfortable working in a multinational environment
4. Good at communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving & time management skills.
5. Good collaboration mindset to work across teams including regional teams and external vendors.
