SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Welcome guests; arrange and prepare the meetings, conferences;
  • Receive & transfer the phone calls coming to the company to the recipient's extension or record information as needed;
  • Receive & manage dispatches, papers sent to the company.
  • Control and export the data of time sheet, finger scan printing.
  • Manage and make a request to pay expenses for office cleaning, maintenance, decoration, electricity, parking for employees/company cars, courier, internet, telephone, Expat apartment expense monthly;
  • Manage and track assets, equipment, stationery, office supplies and place orders when necessary;
  • Work with the building management board to solve problems arising in the office;
  • Arrange flowers, gifts or Oil OR for BOM, Managers, Partners,… upon requirement;
  • Support to get approval for documents as requirement;
  • Other duties assigned by Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  •  Female, age from 22-25. Bachelor/ College Degree.
  •  1 - 2 years experiences or active fresh graduated candidate
  • Good command in English and Computer skill.
  • Agile, Careful, Honest, Responsible, Good Communication
  • Can work under high pressure
