JOB DESCRIPTION- Working location : Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
- Position : Marketing - CRM Executive
- Report to : Assistant Manager, Brand & Activation
- Responsibilities
Manage CRM channels’ operation
- Deploy all CRM channel operations to ensure commercial and marketing activities are communicated effectively and efficiently.
- Be responsible for content creation, including content planning, writing, copy editing & optimizing for each customer segmentation across all CRM channels.
- Evaluate content’s performance and propose action.
- Brainstorm with the whole team to develop and propose new LYB Campaigns. Involve in planning and execution to deliver the business target in all campaigns.
Data analysis
- Collect and manage Loyalty Member’s data
- Define customer segmentation to increase customer portfolio, lifetime value contribution, and purchase rate.
- Report: weekly, monthly, and other Ad Hoc

REQUIREMENTSRequirements
- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience only
- Creative thinking & hungry to explore new things
- Hardworking & critical thinking
- Analytical skills to understand the insight of customers
- Details-oriented with a strong sense of work prioritization
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Good at copywriting in Vietnamese
- Able to communicate and write well in English
