JOB DESCRIPTION

Working closely with the Marketing team to provide support on:

Creative Production:

·       Contribute ideas for promotions and creative brief

·       Support to coordinate with vendors to deliver creative assets in time

·       Assist in finding relevant assets and downloading of assets

·       Assist in photoshoots for seasonal launches, new store opening

Social Media:

·       Support to draft content and contribute idea for social media post

Customer Care:

·       Support to prepare, pack and send gifts/ mails/ cards/ etc. to customers as required

Any other ad-hoc activities being assigned such as:

·       Support to prepare and set up for events

·       Support to print, scan documents as required

·       Assist during events preparation and organization.

·       Other tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS
  •  Preferably with working experience in the related fields
  •  Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  •  Strong English skills
  •  Resourceful, problem solver and able to work independently
  •  Excellent knowledge of MS office and Outlook
  •  Preferably with basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop with good creative & design sense
  •  Preferably with a flair for copywriting and copy-editing
  •  Possess great interpersonal and communications skill to work effectively with a variety of vendors & agencies
  •  Willing to learn with a positive attitude
  •  Working time: Monday – Friday from 08:00 – 05:30
  •  Working location: District 4, HCM
  •  Internship duration: 3 months
