Mô tả Công việc

• To produce and check customs data and paperwork for outbound shipment.
• Input data of express cons on TNT system accurately, completely & promptly.
• Update information about line haul, flight schedule, rate tariff, export checklist to reflect important changes or additions on export regulations.
• Contact related departments for solving data problems; Answer email to internal/ external customers involve to outbound shipment (escalation).
• Assist Team Leader to investigate and resolve service failure.
• Check legality of necessary documents required for certain goods

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University/ College graduation (Major in Foreign Trade, Economics is preferable)
• Experience in the Customer service environment, Experience in forwarding industry is preferable.
• Experience in customs related activities & data entry environment are preferable
• Basic verbal and written understanding of the English language.
• Demonstrates familiarity and ease with use of PC equipment and software as well as accuracy and speed with the input of data
• Work in line with assigned shift hours (from 2.00pm – 10.00pm)
