Classroom Management

• Support teachers in class/during the course
• Assist students in class/during the course
  
• Control and take care of students in class
• Fulfill admin tasks (update ILA Connect, check attendance, assign and mark homework, etc...)
  

Course Administration

• Update students with course progress information
• Check students’ attendance daily
• Report any incidents or problems to RS/OS
  

Learning and Development·  

• Attend meeting as requested
  

• Attend Workshop and Training as requested

Customer Care

• Report students’ progress - results (monthly), call parents for absent students
• Support in delivering letters, notice and receive feedback from parents and support in handling requests and complaints
• Tutoring weak students as requested
• Support Events (care events, enrichment, …)

Others

Support centre when requested

1. Current university students from the 1st year above
   
2. Understanding of English Language Teaching
3. A desire to work with young learners from 3 to 16 years old
4. Good communication skills with native teachers
5. Be flexible with the ILA timetable. (Weekday: Tue/Thu or Wed/Fri 17:15-19:45, Lateshift: 19:30-21:30 Weekend: 7:30-10:00, 10:00-12:15, 14:00-16:00, 16:15-18:30)

• Salary: 35K/h (annual scale raise based on performance) + incentive and bonus per month for re-enrolled achievement
