1. National Key Account Manager - Chains (Job Number: 180001X1)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Field: Customer Development

Main Job Purposes:

  • Responsible for maximizing business growth with international/ local chain account supply by leading and managing total chain account team to implement customer plan and strategy as well as creating solutions to ensure that our products are listed and fully embedded in the targeted customers menus and recipes and ensure that all sales objectives are achieved;

  • Responsible for P&L of total Chains business (including Indirect, Trade spends and Customer A&P).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage total chain accounts to ensure all objectives and target achievement;

  • Develop overall business development strategies and plan from input and understanding that align with appropriate channel business plan for total chain accounts;

  • Responsible for building and managing P&L for assigned region/ accounts;

  • Negotiate, control and manage trading terms and assigned budgets to reach the most effective conditions for Unilever Food solutions;

  • Control and manage customised product to comply with Chains Governance Model;

  • Coach Chain Executives to drive Solution/ Concept selling via Ideation sessions and manage the entire process from initial stage to launch stage;

  • Take lead in coordinating with internal business support from chef, Marketing, Push teams, RD, SC and related functions in order to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support the business growth plan;

  • Accomplish all required reports/ feedback to Line Manager on a regular basis in order to update and/ or elevate issues to higher management;

  • Manage, develop, coach & motivate the team of Chains Account Executives to deliver aggressive sales growth targets and build sales talent pipelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree;

  • Minimum 03 years of sales experience, with key account management and team management experience;

  • Strong knowledge and experience in the foodservice industry;

  • Experience in working in a matrix organisation;

  • Team leadership, strategic thinking, business development.



2. Sales Operation Manager  (Job Number: 1800022I)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Field: Customer Development

End Date: 09/03/2018

Main Job Purposes:

  • To be responsible for a smooth and cost-effective operation between UFS and all related stakeholders internally and externally;

  • To develop consistency and coherence in day-to-day operation of CD organization with coordination with cross-functional team in the company including infield CD team, marketing, supply chains, finance, and chef as well as to build effective and efficiency operation to connect with external stakeholders including HORECA and LET operators and our business partners as distributors and wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales operation:

    • Customer order processing/ quota allocation management;

    • Price setting/ promotion setting/ claim process;

    • Customer support document processing: new distribution contract, credit notes, debit notes, good return notes, announcement and communication letter for trade partners and operators, and certificate requisition and circulation (Halal, HACCP, ISO, COA, GMP, FDA, Questionnaire);

    • Customer complaint management;

    • Work closely with logistics and warehouse team in order to ensure monthly OTIF;

    • Obsolete and SLOB management: work with supply chain in order to minimize business write off by clearing of slow-moving products any obsolete issues;

    • CD Information centre; control information from company to CD Team and other functions via any effective mediums: SMS, Email, Letter;

    • Arrange and manage CD supporting tools e.g. uniform, sales bag, demo bags, demo kit, mobile phone number and sim card, name card, product sample...;

  • Data, report, and implementation system and process for CD team:

    • Co-operate with MCO Sales Operation Manager in order to make sure seamlessly data and reporting flow between countries and MCO level;

    • Scorecard/ standard routine/ ad-hoc reports/ template support to CD, Marketing, and other functions;

    • Provide business data analysis, findings, and suggestions in terms of GGG implementation;

    • Distributor data management (Secondary Sales Data - SSD); systematic consolidation, clean, maintenance master and transactional data on regular basis, and working on real-time data system in which will help fasten speed of decision making and execution;

    • Transfer order data management where there are no distributor services;

    • CD Incentive centre: Yearly/ Quarterly/ Monthly CD Incentive calculation;

    • Armstrong: Work closely with Regional IT and vendor to ensure effective and efficient field selling tools and system on tablets device(s);

    • Ensure smooth process in place and well implementation including DTM, DPM, JBP, OTM, CTM, win-retain, and other CD tools;

  • Tele-business:

    • Lead telebusiness team by co-defined business opportunity with CD leaders and come up with execution plan to ensure company’s target delivery and sales force efficiency improvement;

    • Support in-field CD team to cover OTM C/D operators to manage business relationship and maintain number of SKU per operator and turnover per SKU per operator;

    • Communicate with OTM C/D operators promotion and activation in the marketplace with effective medium by coordinating with channel marketing manager;

    • Build, implement effective infrastructure, define issues/ opportunities, and come up with suggestion to connect with free trade operators to complete and achieve operator journey target of focused products and focused activation;

  • Demand planning:

    • Be CD representative for bottom-up demand plan process by working with demand planner, CD Leaders, and marketing team in order to ensure forecast accuracy and bias;

    • Utilize historical sales data for both PSD and SSD including promotion and activation plan to delivery forecast accuracy target and service level management with trade partners;

  • Build & develop team professionally.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in business administration, foreign trade, economics;

  • At least 03 years working experience with the same position in FMCG industry (experience in sales planning, sales operation is an advantage);

  • Strong experience in designing and managing processes and business planning experience;

  • Good communication, presentation & influencing skills;

  • Good analysis skill and data management skills;

  • Able to work under high pressure with multi-tasking environment;

  • Good leadership and team management;

  • Good command of English & IT applications;

  • Flexible, supportive and good team player.
