Role Description

This is a full-time internship role for an Event Management Intern at the overseas study program Global Pathways in the following tasks to enhance the value-added benefits of the programs. This is an on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

• Assist in online and offline events for prospective and current students
• Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders for collaborated events
• Keep the team up to date with market information and news from partner universities
• Train and manage the student volunteer and student ambassador teams
• Conduct admin and payment tasks across various platforms like G-suite, SAP, etc.

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate students or fresh grads
• Good command of English, both spoken and written (preferably the equivalent of IELTS 7.0+)
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Ability to work as part of a team
• A strong track record of joining/leading student activities during university time is a plus
• Experience in event management, especially in logistics and admin is a plus
• A can-do spirit
• Can come to the office for the internship full-time
