A. JOB DESCRIPTION

Goal: Make successful deals with homedecor brands over the world and become our Sales Manager.

How:

• Develop a sales plan with the manager
• Set your target
• Generate sales leads (potential customers)
• Approach them to introduce our brand, our products by different methods like email, trade fairs, digital marketing (Being creative will help!)
• Follow up to win the deals
• Manage customer relationships
• Follow up your orders with account and operation team to deliver the orders
• Enjoy your success and commission (for sure!)
• Continue proposing your sales plan and strategy to manager and win another deal.
• Propose us to become our sales manager (Remember think big and start small? You can do it.)

2. ASSISTANT TO BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

A. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Goal: Assist BOM on the management and operation of all activities of the company.

How:

• Consider what you will do if you are in the BOM
• Propose new ideas and initiatives to improve business performance
• Assist the BOM in implementing the growth plan and strategies
• Assist the BOM to keep execution plan on track by working with sales, marketing, operation, product team
• Collect information and make the reports to BOM
• Support departments as needed
• Conduct all administration tasks, manage time and control calendar of the BOM.
