Job Description:

• Equipment control : analyzing stock and equipments movement to meet booking demand
• Rate control : dealing with vendor for best rate, including contract handling
• Dem det collection audit: checking the reason for short collection and coordinate with concerned parties for settlement.
• Tracing inbound/outbound idling : checking stock, asking depots to release idled empty containers per FIFO, send list of idling boxes to CRS to push with shipper/consignee
• Data control: Key data & make sure data performance meet KPI of timely and correct sending.
• Make weekly reports for Headquarter & BOD
• On hire/off hire/sublease : receiving orders from YMHQ and arranging on hire/off hire
• Checking invoices & make checking sheet: make sure payment to vendors is pararel with YM’s orders in quantity and rate in contract.
• Follow up other reports & duties from MGM & HQ (if any)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Good cross functional and cross cultural communication skills 
• Honest, sociable, and have a sense of responsibility
