Influencer Marketing Intern

What You will Do:

• Identify and engage social influencers to foster dialogue and promote client campaigns
• Provide support to manage talents outcomes for all marketing campaigns and on all digital platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Zalo, etc.), including coordinating with third parties and managing relationships between talents and the brand team
• Manage daily operations of the internal team as requested
• Report and provide data from analytics tools and channel insights

Finance Executive (Accountant) plays a key role in two functions:

Payment:

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Research and resolve invoices discrepancies and issues
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other record into the accounting system and assist with monthly closing
• Ensure timely payment to all vendors and priority payment.
• Maintain vendor files, correspond with vendors and response to inquiries
• Reconcile accounts payable with the vendors statements.
• Do ad-hoc tasks required by the line manager

Payroll:

• Responsible for preparation payroll for all local and expat employees correctly and deliver on time
• Prepare payslip and transfer to every individual correctly and timely
• Monitor PIT, compulsory insurance under Vietnam Government, other deductions to ensure accuracy of individual.
• Ensure employee changes are updated correctly and make on time basis in accordance with timesheet provided from HR
• Ensure changes or updates related to personal tax, compulsory insurance and other deduction under Vietnam law are entered correctly and make on time basis

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• At least 2-year experience in a similar position, especially in payroll
• Self-motivated fast learner with proactive attitude
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Ability to organize, track prospects, multi-tasking, independent and able to work with minimum supervision
