WHAT YOU WILL DO

To bring out the best in Antorians and help them live the best version of themselves.

Decoding into the tasks:

• Acquiring talents: Recruiting and headhunting; building and communicating Antoree employer brand image.
• Developing talents: Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training.
• Motivating talents: Making sure talents have a healthy and satisfied work life, through compensation and benefits administration; team-building, culture, Employee safety, welfare and health.
• Engaging talents: Building employee relations; employee services.
• Building and keeping Antoree cultures.
• Redefining the concept of “talents": Talents in startups go beyond just high GPA or certificates. Top performers varies with Antoree function variations.
• -Optimizing Human Resources department’s performances and improving systems.
• - Setting up & Implementing anything that helps the organization grow fast and run well that relates to human resources and admin.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- Passionate about bringing the best in people & helping them live the best life they can.

- Having growth mindset and startup mindset.

- Preferably at least 2-3 years experiences in human resource management level, candidate with background in international working environment.

- Well understanding of labor market, labor law.

- Good leadership and business management skills.

- Good computer skill MS Office.
